TES3000-DUO TwoDrives Digital Rolling Controller
The new KRAIS digital tube rolling system TES3000-DUO is built upon the basis of the TES3000 digital system and allows for a double increase in work efficiency by the simplest solution: simultaneous rolling of two tubes. TES3000-Duo is a digital controller adapted to independent control of two selected servo motors mounted in the adjustable plate to suit varies hole spacing in the tube sheet The system offers all the advantages of the regular TES3000: variable speed control and precise torque control with repeatability close to 1% in the DUO version for two simultaneous tube expansions. TES3000-DUO has two synchronized axes but with independent torque control on each motor.
They both start tube expanding in the same time and then regardless which one finish the expansion first, it is waiting for the second one to finish and both returns at the same time to avoid tensioning of the entire system due to an unequal return.
The solution is addressed to the most demanding customers: it guarantees reproducibility of tube expansion at the large series, high quality of the expansion and multiplied efficiency compared to traditional methods of rolling out.
